Working principle of roller grinding mill:
During operation, the main motor drives the main shaft and the turntable to rotate through the reducer, and the roller pins on the edge of the turntable drive dozens of grinding rollers to roll in the grinding ring raceway.
Large pieces of material are broken into small particles by the hammer crusher, and then sent to the storage bin by the elevator, and then passed through the vibrating feeder and the inclined feeding pipe to uniformly send the materials to the upper bulk tray of the turntable.
The material is scattered to the periphery of the circle under the action of centrifugal force, and falls into the raceway of the grinding ring. The material is impacted, rolled, and ground by the ring roller. After three layers of the ring channel are processed into powder, the high-pressure fan sucks the external air through the suction effect. Suction into the machine, and bring the crushed material into the powder separator.
The rotating impeller in the classifier makes the coarse material fall back and grind. The fine powder that meets the requirements enters the cyclone powder collector and is discharged through the discharge valve at the lower part of the separator. The airflow with a small amount of fine dust passes through. The pulse precipitator is discharged through a fan and a muffler after purification.

Grinding rollers and rings are forged from special materials, which greatly improves the utilization.
